Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of this Site. By accessing or using this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. All such additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

PackagingHive.com™ reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Use each time you access this Site.

Discretion of Copyrighted Contents

Packaging Hive reserves the right to refuse any packaging printing orders deemed improper or considered illegal at any stage of the printing process. Moreover, Packaging Hive will not be held responsible for any post-printing claims or legal actions faced by the client from a third party due to violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans on packaging boxes. The client holds complete responsibility for all material submitted to Packaging Hive for printing and/or publication.

Packaging Hive strongly opposes and discourages the copying, republishing, and redistribution of any material and software published on its website.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

As all orders are unique, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credits.

Cancellations of Orders

In case a client decides to cancel the order at any stage of the designing and printing procedure, they are required to compensate for all incurred costs and related obligations at the time of cancellation. However, if your ordered item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Note: It is not possible to cancel orders via email; the client must call our helpline at 123 456 7890 and talk directly to a customer support representative.

Packaging Hive divides the entire printing procedure into four phases:

First Phase: Only the online payment has been made so far by the customer and verified by our online payment system.
Second Phase: Payment has been verified, and the designing job has already started.
Third Phase: The artwork has been designed, proofread by the customer, and sent for positives & platting.
Fourth Phase: The orders have been printed and are ready for shipping to the address provided by the client.

All orders are cancelable before Stage 2.

  • If cancelled in Stage 1, you will be charged $15 plus 5% of the total amount to cover payment processing, bank charges, and design department fees.

  • If cancelled in Stage 2, a minimum of 20% of the total order amount is deducted as cancellation fees.

  • After entering Stage 3, cancellation is not guaranteed, and if accepted, 50% of the total order amount is deducted.

  • Once an order reaches Stage 4, it cannot be cancelled.


CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK

All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format and with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
PackagingHive.com™ is not responsible for any color changes that occur in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes or for images printed as fuzzy, distorted, or pixilated due to customer-provided artwork.


PROOFING & MATCHING

All print jobs require customer approval of the final artwork and job specification sheet. Once an order has been placed, final artwork proofs and a job specification sheet will be sent to customers via email. Customers are responsible for reviewing all details mentioned in the specification sheet, including but not limited to, delivery dates or production speed, and confirming that all customer requirements have been accurately noted.

PackagingHive.com™ is not liable for any specifications and requirements beyond what are noted in the final specification sheet.
It is the responsibility of the customer to review the final artwork proof, as proofreading is the responsibility of the customer.


COLOR ACCURACY AND HARDCOPY PROOFS

PackagingHive.com™ will reproduce color from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible. However, Packaging Hive cannot guarantee color match and color density because of limitations in printing processes, different properties of various printing surfaces, and neighboring image ink requirements.

The accuracy of color reproductions is guaranteed to be within 90% of the final proof you approved. For guaranteed color reproduction, you must order a hardcopy proof for an additional charge.


INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and defend PackagingHive.com™ and all parties from whom PackagingHive.com™ has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

  1. Your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or

  2. Any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic, or other material you incorporated into products that was not part of the standard Site Content.


RE-PRINTS

The customer must notify PackagingHive.com™ within 3 business days of order delivery of any defects, damage, or missing items.
To receive replacements, customers must return (at their own expense) at least 99% of the received products within 10 days of the initial order delivery date.
No returns will be accepted without prior written return authorization from PackagingHive.com™.

All charges related to expedited printing (rush printing or shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including returned orders. No Exceptions.

STANDARD (Shipping Time NOT GUARANTEED)

  • Free Ground shipping within 48 contiguous states.

  • Usually ships within 10–14 business days after final proof approval.

PRIORITY – Guaranteed to ship within 8 business days

  • Free Ground shipping included within 48 contiguous states.

EXPRESS – Guaranteed to ship within 6 business days

  • Free Ground shipping included within 48 contiguous states.

All PackagingHive.com™ customers agree not to hold the company liable for delays due to weather, technical issues, shipping delays, or customs issues.


HOLIDAYS

Packaging Hive observes the following holidays:
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
In no event shall PackagingHive.com™, its licensors, suppliers, vendors, or employees be liable for any damages resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, or from delays, errors, or service interruptions.
